Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described in Example 47 b), 6-cyclopropylmethoxy-5-(3,3-difluoro-azetidin-1-yl)-pyridine-2-carboxylic acid (Example 1 b, 20 mg, 70.4 μmol) was reacted with (2S)-4-hydroxy-4-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxamide hydrochloride (Example 132 b, 15.3 mg, 84.4 μmol) to obtain the title compound (22 mg, 76%) as off-white solid; MS (EI): m/e=411.5 [MH+].
