Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described in Example 127 e), 6-cyclopropylmethoxy-5-(3,3-difluoro-azetidin-1-yl)-pyridine-2-carboxylic acid (Example 1 b, 20 mg, 70.4 μmol) was reacted with (3-(trifluoromethyl)pyrrolidin-3-yl)methanol hydrochloride (CAN 1260812-78-9, 17.4 mg, 84.4 μmol) to obtain the title compound (11 mg, 36%) as colorless liquid, MS (EI): m/e=436.4 [MH+].
