Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described in Example 127 e), 6-cyclopropylmethoxy-5-(3,3-difluoro-azetidin-1-yl)-pyridine-2-carboxylic acid (Example 1 b, 40 mg, 141 μmol) was reacted with 3-(trifluoromethyl)pyrrolidin-3-ol hydrochloride (CAN 1334147-81-7, 32.4 mg, 169 μmol) to obtain the title compound (28 mg, 47%) as off-white solid, MS (EI): m/e=422.3 [MH+].
