Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described in Example 127 e), 5-cyclopropyl-6-cyclopropylmethoxy-pyridine-2-carboxylic acid (Example 3 c, 20 mg, 85.7 μmol) was reacted with (3-(trifluoromethyl)pyrrolidin-3-yl)methanol hydrochloride (CAN 1260812-78-9, 21.2 mg, 103 μmol) to obtain the title compound (12 mg, 36%) as colorless liquid, MS (EI): m/e=385.3 [MH+].
