Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described in Example 127 e), 6-cyclopropylmethoxy-5-(3,3-difluoro-azetidin-1-yl)-pyridine-2-carboxylic acid (Example 1 b, 50 mg, 176 μmol) was reacted with 5-azaspiro[2.4]heptane-6-carboxamide hydrochloride (Example 135 b, 37.3 mg, 211 μmol) and purified by chiral HPLC to obtain the title compound (12 mg, 17%) as colorless oil, MS (EI): m/e=407.3 [MH+].
