This compound was prepared from 3-((2-(4-((3-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl)carbamoyl)pyridin-2-yl)-4-(piperidin-1-yl)phenyl)carbamoyl)-benzoic acid 4.1e using the procedure described for the preparation of N1-(2-(4-((3-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl)carbamoyl)pyridin-2-yl)-4-(piperidin-1-yl)phenyl)-N3-(3-(2-methoxyethylamino)-3-oxopropyl)-N3-methylisophthalamide 4.2. Tert-Butyl 4-(2-(methylamino)ethyl)piperazine-1-carboxylate was used as the amine component in this coupling. 1H-NMR (300 MHz, CD3OD, ppm): δ 8.98 (d, J=5.1 Hz, 1H), 8.75 (d, J=9.0 Hz, 1H), 8.46 (s, 1H), 8.18˜8.11 (m, 3H), 7.89˜7.53 (m, 8H), 4.72 (s, 2H), 4.00˜3.11 (m, 16H), 3.08 (s, 3H), 2.04 (d, J=4.8 Hz, 4H), 1.83 (d, J=5.7 Hz, 2H), 1.49 (s, 9H). MS (ES, m/z): 828 [M+H]+.
