Reaction Steps
A mixture of 20 mg of 2-(2-(3-(chloromethyl)benzamido)-5-(piperidin-1-yl)phenyl)-N-(3-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl)isonicotinamide 8.1a, 5.2 mg of 2-(piperidin-4-yl)ethanol, and 9.1 mg of K2CO3 in 2 mL of DMF was stirred for 12 h. The product was isolated by reverse phase chromatography eluting with 0.05% TFA in a water/acetonitrile gradient. MS (ES, m/z) 700.27 [M+H]+.
