This compound was prepared by the route used to prepare 3-(3-(4-(piperidin-1-yl)-2-(4-(3-(trifluoromethyl)benzylamino)pyridin-2-yl)phenylcarbamoyl)benzylthio)propanoic acid 69, substituting 3-(trifluoromethyl)phenethylamine for 3-(trifluoromethyl)benzylamine. 1H-NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6, ppm): δ 13.37 (s, 1H), 12.23 (s, 1H), 8.22 (s, 1H), 7.82-7.74 (m, 2H), 7.64-7.50 (m, 6H), 7.12 (m, 3H), 6.99 (s, 1H), 6.70 (s, 1H), 3.82 (s, 2H), 3.47 (s, 2H), 3.21 (t, 4H), 2.92 (t, 2H), 2.58-2.50 (m, 4H), 1.66 (m, 4H), 1.58 (m, 2H). MS (ES, m/z): 663 [M+H]+.
