Following the same procedure as described in example 3, 2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)ethanol (343 mg, 10 eq) and (Z)-4-(1-(6-chloropyridin-3-yl)-2-phenylbut-1-enyl)phenol (100 mg, 1 eq, prepared from example 1) were used as starting material to get the desired product (140 mg, 95%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.53 (s, 1H), 7.15-7.20 (m, 2H), 7.01-7.13 (m, 6H), 6.92 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 6.76 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 5.68 (brs, 1H), 4.26 (bs, 2H), 2.91 (brs, 2H), 2.72 (brs, 4H), 2.50 (q, J=7.2 Hz, 2H), 1.89 (brs, 4H), 0.91 (t, J=7.6 Hz, 3H); m/z=415 [M+1]+.
