Following the same procedure as described in example 3, 2-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)ethanol (430 mg, 10 eq) was reacted with (Z)-4-(1-(6-chloropyridin-3-yl)-2-phenylbut-1-enyl)phenol (100 mg, 1 eq, prepared from example 1) to give the desired product (160 mg, 95% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.57 (s, 1H), 7.17-7.22 (m, 2H), 7.00-7.15 (m, 5H), 6.97 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 6.76 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 6.03 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 4.27 (t, J=5.6 Hz, 2H), 2.75 (t, J=5.6 Hz, 2H), 2.48-2.57 (m, 12H), 2.32 (s, 3H), 0.92 (t, J=7.6 Hz, 3H); m/z=444 [M+1]+.
