Following the same procedure as described in example 3, 2-(piperidin-1-yl)ethanol (385 mg, 10 eq) was reacted with (Z)-4-(1-(6-chloropyridin-3-yl)-2-phenyl but-1-enyl)phenol (100 mg, 1 eq, prepared from example 1) to give the desired product (106 mg, 83% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.53 (s, 1H), 7.16-7.21 (m, 2H), 7.01-7.15 (m, 6H), 6.88 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 6.77 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 5.63 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 4.25 (t, J=5.6 Hz, 2H), 2.73 (t, J=5.6 Hz, 2H), 2.40-2.62 (m, 6H), 1.63-1.75 (m, 4H), 1.44-1.56 (m, 2H), 0.92 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 3H); m/z=429 [M+1]+.
