Following the same procedure as described in example 3, 2-morpholinoethanol (391 mg, 10 eq) was reacted with (Z)-4-(1-(6-chloropyridin-3-yl)-2-phenylbut-1-enyl)phenol (100 mg, 1 eq, prepared from example 1) to give the desired product (110 mg, 86% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.59 (s, 1H), 7.01-7.18 (m, 8H), 6.79 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 6.27 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 4.29 (t, J=5.6 Hz, 2H), 2.70 (t, J=5.6 Hz, 2H), 2.46-2.52 (m, 6H), 1.29-1.40 (m, 4H), 0.92 (t, J=7.6 Hz, 3H); m/z=431[M+1]+.
