Following the procedure described above for [2-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-2H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyridine-4-yl]-(2,6-dimethylpyrimidin-4-yl)amine, 4-chloro-2-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-2H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyridine and 4-amino-6-chloropyrimidine were reacted to afford the title compound as a yellow solid (244 mg, 57% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 11.14 (br s, 1H), 9.15 (s, 1H), 8.76 (s, 1H), 8.70 (s, 1H), 8.04 (d, J=6.4 Hz, 1H), 7.81 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 2H), 7.71 (t, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 7.30 (d, J=6.4 Hz, 1H). LCMS (Method D): RT=2.40 min, m/z: 391 [M+H+].
