tert-Butyl 3-((2,4-dichloro-3-phenylquinolin-6-yl)(hydroxy)(pyridin-3-yl)methyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (88 mg, 0.11 mmol, Example 5) was treated with TFA (0.8 mL) at room temperature for 1 hour and concentrated to give the title compound. 1H NMR (400 MHz, MeOH-d4) δ 9.05 (s, 1H), 8.56-8.72 (m, 3H), 8.02-8.09 (m, 2H), 7.91 (dd, J=5.56, 8.08 Hz, 1H), 7.49-7.58 (m, 2H), 7.29-7.37 (m, 2H), 7.10-7.22 (m, 1H), 3.37-3.46 (m, 1H), 3.27-3.34 (m, 1H), 3.11 (d, J=11.12 Hz, 1H), 3.01 (d, J=12.13 Hz, 1H), 2.84-2.98 (m, 1H), 1.96-2.08 (m, 1H), 1.78-1.96 (m, 1H), 1.64-1.74 (m, 2H); MS m/e 464.4 [M+H]+.
