The title compound was prepared with Intermediate 5c and [5-tert-butyl-2-p-tolyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl]-carbamic acid 2,2,2-trichloro-ethyl ester (Synthetic Communications, 2009, 39, 3999-4009, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety) using an analogous procedure to that described in Example 1 step d. LCMS (Method 5): Rt 3.76 min, m/z 319 [MH+]. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): 1.33 (9H, s), 1.88-2.12 (6H, m), 2.21 (3H, s), 2.21-2.30 (2H, m), 2.33-2.39 (1H, m), 2.37 (3H, s), 3.19-3.24 (1H, m), 3.98-4.02 (1H, m), 5.05-5.12 (1H, m), 5.17 (1H, t, J 4.0), 5.25 (1H, d, J 8.7), 6.25-6.27 (2H, m), 7.03 (1H, dd, J 2.0, 9.8), 7.22-7.34 (6H, m), 7.40 (2H, d, J 8.5), 7.61 (1H, d, J 9.8), 8.27 (1H, m).
