1-(5-tert-butylisoxazol-3-yl)-3-(3-hydroxyphenyl)urea from Example 1A (1.92 g, 6.97 mmol) and 4-chloro-6-(3-chloropropoxy)-7-methoxyquinazoline from the previous step (2.0 g, 6.97 mmol) were reacted in the manner described in Example 16C to give 1-(5-tert-butylisoxazol-3-yl)-3-(3-(6-(3-chloropropoxy)-7-methoxyquinazolin-4-yloxy)phenyl)urea (2.00 g, 3.8 mmol, 55%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.56 (s, 1H), 8.98 (s, 1H), 8.54 (s, 1H), 7.59 (s, 1H), 7.54 (s, 1H), 7.38 (t, 1H), 7.33 (s, 1H), 7.26 (d, 1H), 6.96 (d, 1H), 6.47 (s, 1H), 4.27 (t, 2H), 3.98 (s, 3H), 3.82 (t, 2H), 2.30-2.24 (m, 2H), 1.29 (s, 9H); LC-MS (ESI) m/z 526 (M+H)+.
