This compound was prepared using the same method as described for the preparation of 1-{4′-[1-methyl-5-((R)-1-phenyl-ethoxycarbonylamino)-1H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-yl]-biphenyl-4-yl}-cyclopropanecarboxylic acid in Example 2, except that 5-(4-bromo-phenyl)-1-methyl-1H-[1,2,3]triazole-4-carboxylic acid (from step 4b in Example 1) was used. LC/MS calcd for C28H26N4O4 (m/e) 482.0, obsd 483.0 (M+H); 1H-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.15-1.30 (m, 2.4H), 1.32-1.62 (m, 4.6H), 4.05 (s, 3H), 5.69 (br m, 1H), 7.20-7.40 (br m, 5H), 7.46 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 2H), 7.59 (d, J=−8.1 Hz, 2H), 7.66 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 2H), 7.77 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 2H), 9.34 (br s, 1H), 12.39 (s, 1H).
