A solution of Example 106A (78 mg, 0.161 mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (10 mL) was added to 20% palladium hydroxide on carbon (16 mg, 0.012 mmol) in a 50 mL pressure bottle and the mixture was stirred for 16 hours under a hydrogen atmosphere (30 psi). The mixture was filtered through a nylon membrane and concentrated. The residue was purified by flash column chromatography (silica gel, 0-5% 7N methanolic ammonia in dichloromethane) to afford the title compound (57 mg, 90% yield).
