Reaction Steps

To a solution of tert-butyl 5-(5-(methylsulfonyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)-3-(6-morpholinopyridin-2-yl)-1H-indole-1-carboxylate (100 mg, 0.185 mmol) in EtOH was added sodium borohydride (20.95 mg, 0.554 mmol). The reaction was stirred for 2 h, neutralized with HOAc then the solvent was removed to give the crude material. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 464 (M+1).
