The title compound was made in a similar way as that of the intermediate B1 using 4-bromo-3-(1-hydroxyethyl)-1H-isochromen-1-one (intermediate A2, 0.50 g, 1.86 mmol), 2-(3,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolane (0.51 g, 2.42 mmol), Pd(PPh3)4 (0.11 g, 0.093 mmol) and Cs2CO3 (0.30 mg, 0.93 mmol) to afford the title compound (0.13 g, 26%) as a orange oil.
