The title compound was made in a similar way as that of the intermediate C6, using 4-(3-(dimethylamino)phenyl)-3-(1-hydroxyethyl)-1H-isochromen-1-one (intermediate B8, 200 mg, 0.64 mmol), 1M PBr3 (1.1 ml, 1.1 mmol) in DCM (2 ml) at RT. The crude was purified with Biotage Silica SNAP 50 g with a gradient of DCM and MeOH to give the title compound (300 mg).
