The title compound was made in a way similar to that of intermediate F2, from 3-(1-(4-amino-3-(3-fluoro-5-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-1-yl)ethyl)-4-(5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl)thiophen-2-yl)-1H-isochromen-1-one (Intermediate F3, 254 mg, 0.405 mmol) in MeCN (4 mL)/2M HClaqueous (4 mL) to give the title compound (201 mg, 94%) as yellowish solid.
