Reaction Steps
Following General Procedure C and using N-(3,5-difluorophenylacetyl)-L-alanine (from Example B2 above) and methyl 2-amino-2-(thieno[2,3-b]thiophen-2-yl)acetate (from Example D4 above), the title compound was prepared as a solid. The product was purified by titruation from Et2O/hexanes.
