Compound 18 was prepared by the method which was identical with that for preparing compound 12a, wherein compound 17 (92 mg, 0.26 mmol) was used as the starting material. White solid (80 mg, 80.8%). m.p. 170-171° C. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 8.22 (s, 1H), 8.20-8.17 (m, 1H), 7.84 (d, J=1.5 Hz, 1H), 7.46-7.43 (m, 2H), 7.04 (d, J=1.5 Hz, 1H), 4.77 (s, 2H), 4.11 (t, J=4.7 Hz, 4H), 3.87 (t, J=4.7 Hz, 4H), 3.20 (br, s, 6H). LC-MS: 382 (M+1).
