Compound 19 (80 mg, 0.18 mmol) was added to 20 mL of saturated ammonia solution of methanol. The reaction was carried out at 80° C. in a sealed tube for 8 h. After the reaction mixture was concentrated, it was purified by a preparative plate (dichloromethane:methanol=6:1) to obtain 37 mg of colourless oil (56.2%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 8.20 (s, 1H), 8.17-8.13 (m, 1H), 7.64 (s, 1H), 7.41-7.39 (m, 2H), 6.86 (s, 1H), 4.11 (t, J=4.7 Hz, 4H), 3.97 (s, 2H), 3.87 (t, J=4.7 Hz, 4H), 3.69 (s, 2H), 2.41 (s, 6H). LC-MS: 367 (M+1).
