The title compound was synthesized in the manner of Example 13 from 2,2,2-trichloro-1-{10-[(2,2′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl-4-yl)carbonyl]-10,11-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepin-3-yl}ethanone of Example 6 and 4-chlorophenethylamine, m.p. 169-171° C. MS [(+)ESI, m/z]: 574 [M+H]+ Anal. Calcd for C36H32CIN3O2: C, 75.31; H, 5.62; N, 7.32. Found: C, 75.32; H, 5.48; N, 7.23.
