The title compound was synthesized from 2,2,2-trichloro-1-{10-[(4-chlorophenoxy) acetyl]-10,11-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepin-3-yl}ethanone of Example 67 (0.3 mmol) and 4-methylbenzylamine (2.2 eq.) in the manner of Example 68, m.p. 174-176° C. MS [(+)ESI, m/z]: 500 [M+H]+ Anal. Calcd for C29H26CIN3O3: C, 69.66; H, 5.24; N, 8.40. Found: C, 69.56; H, 5.35; N, 8.37.
