The title compound was synthesized from 2,2,2-trichloro-1-{10-[(4-chlorophenoxy) acetyl]-10,11-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepin-3-yl}ethanone of Example 67 (0.3 mmol) and 3-trifluoromethylbenzylamine (2.2 eq.) in the manner of example 68, m.p.143-145° C. MS [(+)ESI, m/z]: 554 [M+H]+ Anal. Calcd for C29H23CIF3N3O3: C, 62.88; H, 4.18; N, 7.59. Found: C, 62.87; H, 4.08; N, 7.52.
