Reaction Steps
To a solution of the compound of Example 203 (50 mg, 0.101 mmol) in DCM (1 ml) was added TEA (0.1 ml, 0.69 mmol, 6.9 eq.) followed by acetyl chloride (12 mg, 0.142 mmol, 1.4 eq.). The mixture was stirred for 2 h and quenched and extracted as in Example 1(d). The solvent was distilled off to afford the crude residue which was purified by preparative HPLC to yield the product in 74% yield (40 mg). H-NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-D6) δ=8.93 (bs, 1H), 8.72 (s, 1H), 8.50 (s, 1H), 8.24 (s, 1H), 7.83 (d, 1H), 7.76-7.70 (m, 2H), 7.58 (bs, 2H), 7.50-7.40 (m, 2H), 7.30-7.20 (m, 1H), 3.15 (s, 3H), 2.90-2.80 (m, 1H), 2.67 (s, 3H), 1.01 (d, 4H); LC-MS (ESI): Calculated mass: 533.55; Observed mass: 534.1 [M+H]+ (rt: 1.55 min).
