The desired product was prepared from 7-(2-aminophenyl)-2-(4-(4-fluorophenoxyl)phenyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxamide and acryloyl chloride using the procedure similar to that for compound 8. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD-d4) δ 7.47 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 7.39 (t, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.33 (t, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.26 (t, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.12-7.00 (m, 6H), 6.81 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 6.53-6.46 (m, 1H), 6.39-6.35 (m, 1H), 5.87-5.76 (m, 1H), 5.73-5.69 (m, 1 H), 3.36-3.30 (m, 1H), 3.22-3.17 (m, 1H), 2.45-2.39 (m, 1 H) and 2.17-2.14 (m, 1H).
