The desired product was prepared from 7-(2-(methylamino)phenyl)-2-(4-phenoxy phenyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxamide and acryloyl chloride using the procedure similar to that for compound 8. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 7.45-7.37 (m, 6H), 7.29-7.24 (m, 1H), 7.15 (t, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.06-7.00 (m, 5H), 6.81 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 6.25-6.16 (m, 2H), 5.94-5.87 (m, 1H), 5.63-5.51 (m, 1H), 5.41-5.35 (m, 1H), 3.41-3.22 (m, 5H), 2.41-1.97 (m, 2H). MS (ESI) m/e [M+1]+ 493.9.
