Compound 75 was prepared from 8-amino-5-oxo-2-(4-phenoxyphenyl)-5,6-dihydro-4H-benzo[f]pyrazolo[1,5-a][1,3]diazepine-3-carboxamide and acryloyl chloride according to the procedure similar to that for compound 8. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD-d4) δ 7.85-7.79 (m, 3H), 7.75-7.71 (m, 2H), 7.43-7.37 (m, 2H), 7.20-7.14 (m, 1H), 7.12-7.06 (m, 4H), 6.50-6.35 (m, 2H), 5.81 (dd, J=2.6, 9.0 Hz, 1H), 3.75 (s, 2H). MS (ESI) m/e [M+1]+ 480.1.
