The product of example 3 (90 mg, 0.2 mmol) was dissolved in NMP (1 mL) and serinol (91 mg, 1.0 mmol) was added. The solution was heated to 65° for 48 h, diluted with EtOAc (75 mL) and washed with 10% aq citric acid (2×), H2O, and satd aq NaCl, dried (Na2SO4), concentrated and purified by prep hplc to afford 46 mg (50%). LC MS m/z=460 (MH+), Rt=1.37 min
