Prepared in 91% yield from 2-chloro-3-cyanopyridine and 3-trifluoromethoxyphenylboronic acid according to the procedure described for Example 153A. MS (ESI−) m/z 264.9 (M+H)+; 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 7.37-7.45 (m, 2H), 7.57 (dd, J=8.0, 8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.82 (br s, 1H), 7.91 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 8.11 (dd, J=7.8, 1.7 Hz, 1H), 8.90 (dd, J=4.7, 1.7 Hz, 1H).
