Reaction Steps
Prepared in 84% yield from 2-fluoronicotinonitrile and 3,3-difluoroazetidine hydrochloride according to the procedure described for Example 178A. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 4.65 (t, J=12.4 Hz, 4H), 6.94 (dd, J=7.6, 4.9 Hz, 1H). 8.08 (dd, J=7.8, 1.7 Hz, 1H), 8.40 (dd, J=4.9, 1.9 Hz, 1H).
