The title compound was prepared in accordance with Example 8(b) from 3-chloro-1-(4-isopropoxyphenyl)-5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (see Example 35(c)) and 5-bromo-2-cyclopentoxypyridine (see Example 36(b)), followed by ester hydrolysis in accordance with Example 1(c).
