Reaction Steps
3-hydroxy4-amino-1-pyrrolidinecarboxylic acid, 1,1-dimethylethyl ester was coupled with iso-nicotinoyloxycarbonyl leucine in a similar manner as that described above to give 8.5 grams of the title compound: MS (ES+) 451 (MH+, 100%).
