Same procedure as EXAMPLE 101D, but using (2-oxopyrrolidin-3-(R)-yl)carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (312 mg, 1.56 mmol) and 7-bromomethyl-1-chloroisoquinoline (440 mg, 1.72 mmol) as the starting materials. The crude product is purified by column chromatography on silica with 50-100% ethyl acetate/hexanes. The product fractions are combined and concentrated to give the product as a pale yellow powder (471 mg. 1.25 mmol).
