Using p-hydroxybenzoic acid (3.25 g, 23.5 mmol) and (S)-2-methyldecanoylchloride (4.83 g, 23.6 mmol), the reaction was carried out in the same manner as described in Example 4, (1}, to give 2.35 g of the title compound as white crystals; mp. 92.5°-96.5° C.
