39 mg of Z-Phe-Phe-Leu-Val-tris(tert.-butyldimethylsilyloxymethyl)-methyl amide (Example 62) are stirred for 3 hours in 3 ml of acetic acid/H2O 2:1. After evaporating off the sovent and medium-pressure chromatography (LOBAR® prefabricated column, size B, 40-60 μm, system B8), the title compound is obtained in the form of a colourless powder. Rf (B8)=0.36.
