Reaction Steps
In analogy to the procedure described in example 2, 4-[(S)-3-((S)-4-hydroxy-6-aza-spiro[2.5]oct-6-yl)-1-methoxycarbonyl-propyl]-5-oxo-[1,4]diazepane-1-carboxylic acid benzyl ester (intermediate 8H) and lithium borohydride gave the title compound in quantitative yield as a white foam. MS; 446.3 (MH+).
