A mixture of chiral (2′R, 3R, 4′S)-4′-[5-chloro-2-(2-methanesulfonylamino-1,1-diethyl-2-oxo-ethoxy)-phenyl]-6-chloro-2′-(5-fluoro-2-methyl-phenyl)-spiro[3H-indole-3,3′-piperidine]-2,6′(1H)-dione (200 mg, 0.3 mmol) and P2S5 (130 mg, 0.6 mmol) was heated at 60° C. for 1 h, and then diluted with toluene (20 mL). The mixture was concentrated in vacuo and the residue was washed with DCM for 2 times. The DCM solution was collected and purified by flash column to give the title compound as white solid (121 mg).
