Procedure
A solution of 1-[4-(6-methanesulfonyl-pyrimidin-4-yloxy)-phenyl]-3-(3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-urea (100 mg, 0.22 mmol) in dichloromethane (1 ml) and 2-aminoethanol (133 μl, 2.2 mmol) is sealed in a reaction tube and heated in the microwave at 110° C. for 15 minutes. The reaction mixture is evaporated and purified by preparative HPLC to yield 51 mg (53%) of a white powder.
