Procedure
A solution of 1-(4-chloro-3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-3-[4-(6-methanesulfonyl-pyrimidin-4-yloxy)-phenyl]-urea (100 mg, 0.2 mmol) in dichloromethane (1 ml) and 2-aminoethanol (124 μl, 2.0 mmol) is sealed in a reaction tube and heated in the microwave at 110° C. for 15 minutes. The reaction mixture is evaporated and purified by preparative HPLC to yield 50 mg (52%) of a white powder.
