1-(2,5-Difluorobenzyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrido[2,3-b]pyrazine-7-carboxylic acid (40 mg) was reacted with 2(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)ethylamine as in General Procedure 8 to give the title compound as an orange/brown foam (82% yield). M.p. (foam), LCMS: m/z=431.09 (M+H+), 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 2.28 (s, 3H), 2.41-2.58 (m, 6H), 3.12-3.23 (m, 4H), 3.35-3.39 (m, 2H), 3.42-3.51 (m, 2H), 3.58-3.67 (m, 2H), 4.49 (s, 2H), 5.33 s, 1H), 6.72 (s, 1H), 6.84-6.91 (m, 2H), 6.93-7.04 (m, 1H), 7.10 (s, 1H), 7.85 (d, J=1.5 Hz, 1H).
