7-Iodo-1-(2,4,5-trifluorobenzyl)-3,4-dihydro-1H-pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-2-one (42 mg) was reacted with (4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)-[4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl]methanone as in General Procedure 4A to give the title compound as a white solid (32% yield). M.p. 238° C., LCMS: m/z=496.00 (M+H+), 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 2.33 (s, 3H), 2.35-2.53 (m, 4H), 3.43-3.58 (m, 2H), 3.72-3.84 (m, 2H), 4.33 (s, 2H), 5.11 (s, 1H), 5.30 (s, 2H), 6.97-7.03 (m, 1H), 7.05-7.14 (m, 1H), 7.21 (s, 1H), 7.45 (dd, J=8.1 Hz, 4H), 8.02 (s, 1H).
