7-Iodo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrido[2,3-b]pyrazine (300 mg) was reacted with 2,5-difluorophenyl acetyl chloride as in General Procedure 2 to give the title compound as an off-white solid (14% yield). M.p. 152-153° C., LCMS: m/z=415.90 (M+H+), 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 3.47-3.54 (m, 2H), 3.80-3.87 (m, 4H), 5.44 (bs, 1H), 6.90-7.04 (m, 3H), 8.03 (s, 1H).
