Reaction Steps
This compound is prepared using an method analogous to Example 4 by replacing (R)-3-hydroxy-1-(isoxazol-3-ylcarbamoylmethyl)-1-azonia-bicyclo[2.2.2]octane bromide (Intermediate A) with (R)-3-Hydroxy-1-(pyrazin-2-ylcarbamoylmethyl)-1-azonia-bicyclo[2.2.2]octane bromide (Intermediate H) and 2,2′-diphenylpropionic acid with cyclopentyl-hydroxy-phenyl-acetic acid.
