Compound 21B (0.3 g, 1.49 mmol) was converted to compound 22B, using the methodology described for the conversion of 21A to 22A. Yield 0.131 g (amorphous, 72% overall). LCMS (method A); Rt: 1.64 min, ([M+H]+=306). 1H-NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 7.57 (s, 1H), 6.67-6.60 (bs, 1H), 3.43-3.39 (m, 2H), 2.71-2.62 (m, 4H), 2.49 (s, 3H), 2.48-2.43 (m, 2H), 2.28-2.19 (m, 2H), 1.81-1.75 (m, 2H).
