Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared from [1-(5-chloro-pyrimidin-2-yl)-piperidin-4-yl]-cyclopropyl-amine and 3-fluoro-4-tetrazol-1-yl-benzoic acid following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 107. LC (method 19): tR=4.18 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=443 [M+H]+.
